A great number of possible anomalies can be found in this Viking context image, including the possible face-like forms that have been indicated although as expected their already eroded appearances have been further degraded by jpeg compression until the viewer may wonder why I bothered to mark them.
Let's focus instead on some of the truly strange features in this image, like the large "plane-like" shape lower down from the center of the image (in lime green) and the amazing clean edge on the part of it facing upward...
Or the intriguing double-tetrahedron or "Star of David" design at left with two opposite tips strangely rounded...
Or the remarkable coiling shape at lower right, colored in lime green, probably another of the growing collection of Martian "Serpent Mounds", to which Planetary Anomalist kksamuria has pointed the way for us... or it's lesser twin directly above it on the image page...
Or many other odd, artifial looking features in this image, including the pair of very Aztec or Mesoamerican heads at bottom left, in dark green, facing left. As "plain" as they look, they are in the process already of being traced to genuine traditional designs from Earth's past, that involve the anthromorphicization of aquatic animals such as serpents, lizards, alligators or fish. The "gills" on the larger face may have been created from a clever optical illusion generated by the top features of a Mesoamerican pyramid.
These profiles will be featured in the upcoming Solar System Anomalies IV site, "The Mar-Moon-Mesoamerican Connection", where they will be compared in context to a number of other known designs that lend them greater creedence... also included in the comparison is the fact that this head shape has been incorporated into the fish design that is found in the latest such discovery on this page... one of many Martian fish designs that incorporates the single tetrahedra into its design, just as such forms began to be found at Cydonia and recognized as monuments or artifacts.
