I've cut this image into two overlapping parts to fit the page. All of it is interesting, but this first part especially so... There's a particular anomaly, that I've indicated with a large magenta dot rather than confuse the issue by hand-coloring to conform to its shape and size, it is the long, light form otwaard the bottom of the dot that seems to be rising up toward the left...

It's doing a remarkable job of appearing to be something like an enormous peice of pipe (consider the resolution of these Viking images, this would be miles wide at least!) but regardless of its potential size, it is convincing, including appearing to cast the requisite shadow!

A routine set of additional anomalies are also indicated.

More anomalies, many strikingly geometric including a square in the corner of the square, suggesting the pattern which embodies a logarithmic spiral or the Fibonacci series, patterns that were well known and often used by the ancient Egyptians. In fact, the particular form here is one that may have found its way into the American flag by way of the frequent way that thrones are depicted (with this square set, and stripes) in ancient papyri
